To Signup go to: http://www.bilbods.com/signup

Then put the following details:-

• Email address.
• Confirm email address.
• Username (Username can ONLY contain letters & numbers. Max 16 Characters. No spaces or dashes, etc...).
• Password and Confirm Password.

Once the above is done then you select the Account type from either:-

• Basic.
• Gold.
• Platinum.

Thereafter you give the following details.

• Select the Gender: Male or Female.
• Enter the Birthday, select the Month, then the date and enter the Year (YYYY).
• For SPAM Protection: enter the word registerNow in the box provided.
• Accept the Code of Conduct / Terms of Service.

Once the above information is input to create and activate the account, click on the button called Create Account & Send Activation Email.

Once you receive the Activation email, with the subject: bilbods.com: New bilbods Account Activation, click on the link where it states: Activate and Log-in.

Thereafter due to SPAM Protection and Verification process on the Verification page:-

• Type the email address used during the signup.
• Type the SPAM Word: done.
• Then click on the button: Run Verification & Activate

The account now has been activated and you can now log-in to bilbods.com with the correct username and password.

Forgot Password

If you forget the password go to: http://www.bilbods.com/forgot

• Type the Email address.
• For SPAM Protection type the word: resetnow in the box provided.
• Then click on the button: Forgot password & reset.
• An email will be sent with your new password.

Account Settings

At any time you want to change the password or Upgrade the Account then this can be done by logging-in successfully and then clicking on the Account Settings? which is located on the top section, close to the bilbods logo.

Account Type.

• The current Account Type is stated.
• To Upgrade the Account, click on UPGRADE ACCOUNT!!!
• This will take you to the page: http://www.bilbods.com/upgrade
• You can select the Account type and click on the button: Upgrade NOW.
• Then follow the steps to get the Account Upgraded.

Change Password.

Please note that password is case sensitive.

• Type in the Old Password.
• Then type the New Password, and also type the new password again under Confirm Password.
• Then click on the button: Change Password (ONLY)

Following the above steps, will now make sure you have a New Password, keep this safe as you will log-in using the username and new password.
If at any time you forget the password, the password can be reset from: http://www.bilbods.com/forgot

Free bilbods/ adverts/ listings

Once you have successfully signed up on bilbods, with the BASIC Account type one bilbod (Text and Images) can be done for 7 Days only. The details for the bilbods BASIC Account type benefits are:-

• Post 1 bilbod (Text) per 7 days
• bilbod listings expire in 7 days
• Limited Categories
• Limit bilbod Postings to one region

To benefit from the Video Postings, it is better to have the GOLD or PLATINUM Package.

Upgrade to Gold or Platinum and the Benefits

The benefits of upgrading to GOLD and PLATINUM are as outline below, and the benefit of the PLATINUM over GOLD Package can also be seen so that is meets your requirements.

An Account can be Upgraded, only once you have successfully logged-in to bilbods.com in the following two ways.

1. Go to Account Settings? located on the top section and then click on UPGRADE ACCOUNT!!! And you will taken/directed to the page: http://www.bilbods.com/upgrade where you can upgrade to either the GOLD or PLATINUM package.

The main aim of the Spotlight bilbod is to create an awareness of the Corporate or Business and also create further online linking to enhance the search for the company/business.

Posting Rules

General Posting Rules.

The legal (but important) parts:

• We reserve the right to remove any listing/ads that we feel are not relevant or of any value to the bilbods community with or without notice.
• Where listing/ads that you have paid for are removed by us, in most cases we'll refund your fees within 1 week from the removal of the listing/ad.
• We reserve the right to remove listing/ads without refund if we feel that our rules or terms & conditions are regularly or deliberately breached.
• In the interests of everyone else, people who regularly break our posting rules may find their future use of the site restricted.

The do's and don'ts mentioned here apply to listings/ads posted in ALL categories.

Do:

Keep it local
We like to keep things local, so post on the bilbod site that's geographically closest to you e.g. if you've got a flat to rent in Nairobi, then please post in the Nairobi site.

Post in the most relevant category
Post in the category that most closely matches your listing/ad. People tend to find what they're looking for by browsing within categories, so posting your listing/ad in the right category will increase the chances of your listing/ad being seen.

Follow the category specific posting rules
In addition to these general rules that apply to all listings/ads, we also have some specific rules for each category:

Write in English
As a Global site we ask everyone to write their listings/ads in English.

Don't:

No duplicate listings/ads
Only 1 listing/ad per item / job / flat / service in one category allowed. Don't re-word your listing/ad and post it across multiple categories. That's not allowed either and we'll be able to tell.

No links to other websites
As a security feature any email address or website address put on the listing/advert can not be directly linked. Your listing/ad should have all the information and details a reader needs to know, so there's no need for you to send them elsewhere to view more information. Remember, you can:

• Use as much space as you like for the Text in your listing/ad
• Edit your listing/ad at anytime
• *Include photos (maximum Four Photos).
• *Include a Video on the Listing/Ad.

*Terms and Conditions apply based on the Account Package.

No keyword spamming
You know those listings/ads that have lots of irrelevant phrases or words in them? That's called keyword spamming, and it's used by some not-very-nice people trying to get their ads noticed in result pages. We don't like keyword spammers because it makes searching for something very frustrating for everyone.

No offensive/ adult language or images
bilbods is a global site and we like to keep things friendly. Ads reported to us as offensive will be removed.

Community Posting Rules.

In addition to the General Rules, there are a few additional rules specific to the 'Community' category. The 'Community' section is only for listings/ads posted from individuals and NOT for commercial listing/ads or promotions.

Don't:

No services ads
If you are looking to advertise your services to potential customers then post in the 'Services' section.

Adult/Personals Posting Rules.

In addition to the General Rules, there are a few additional rules specific to the 'Adult/Personals' category. This category is for local individuals and commercials offering the relevant Adult and Personals operations to advertise their services to potential customers.

Do:

Services - provide qualifications
If you're placing a listing/ad for Adult/Personals Services, you must include your relevant qualifications and state clearly that you're not offering a sexual service. You must also state to which gender you are offering your service to that is male, female or both.

Clearly State the Services
The Listing/Ad should clearly state the services provided and no Prostitution Services are allowed. So clearly stated if the service includes:-

• Tantric massage
• Sensual massage
• Naturist massage

Don't:

No phone numbers or email address in the listing/ad title
Keep your title simple - placing phone numbers in the title of your ad makes it difficult for people to read. The contact information can be included on the listing/ad information and not the title.

Images and Videos.
You can include professional images and/or video in your listing/ad, but it mustn't show any "private" or fully "naked" or "adultery" parts.

Housing Posting Rules.

In addition to the General Rules for posting a listing/ad anywhere on the site, there are a few more rules specific to the Housing category.

This category is for advertising entire flats, apartment or houses to rent or sale.

Do:

Identify yourself as a private landlord, a professional landlord or an agent
When posting your listing/ad, identify what you are (private landlord, professional or agent, account holder).

Professionals or agents posting a listing
If you have an account with us, you can post multiple listings/ads within reason. Don't flood the site with identical listings/ads as a ploy to appear at the top of result pages. If we feel this allowance is being abused, we reserve the right to limit the number of listings/ads per month. We trust you'll exercise judgment and only repost listings/ads when necessary.

Post in the Wanted category if you are looking for a property
If you don't have a property to rent to someone and you are instead looking for a flat or house to rent, put your listing/ad in the dedicated 'Housing Wanted' subcategory.

Follow the rules against discrimination
Keep your listing/ad within the guidelines set out clearly by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

Don't:

No website links
Don't include links to other accommodation websites, even your own, in your listings/ads.

No price and location in titles
There's no need for you to put prices or the property location in the title of your listing/ad. The region is automatically stated based on your listing and the price can go on the 'Information' section.

No services listings/ads
If you don't have a property to rent out to someone and instead want to advertise your property related services, post your listing/ad in the dedicated Services category.

Pets posting rules.

In addition to the General rules for posting a listing/ad, there are a few specific rules for posting Pet listing/ads.

The Pets section is to help people find good, safe and caring homes for pets as well as find accessories and services related to owning pets.

Don't:

• No puppies or kittens for sale at less than 8 weeks of age
• No breeders
• No puppy farms or commercial pet trading
• No trading dogs for fighting
• No stud services

Jobs posting rules.

In addition to following the General Rules for posting on bilbods, there are a few additional rules specific to the Jobs category.

Do:

Post in the most relevant category for your job
Not sure which category your job ad should go into? Search for listings/ads like yours or post in the General Jobs category. Note: Listings/ads for training courses or open days should appear only in the Training & Open Days category.

One specific vacancy per listing/ad
Your listing/ad must advertise one individual vacancy only and give details of the specific position.

Follow the rules against discrimination
Keep your job listing/ad within the guidelines set out clearly by the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Read the guidelines on race equality, gender equality and the Race Relations Act on discrimination. Where you are uncertain, the EHRC are keen to assist and can be contacted via a helpline.

Write in English
You must write each job listing/ad clearly in English.

Identify as agency
Identify yourself as an agency in your listing/ad, if you're one.

Post listings/ads looking for employment in the Work Wanted category
If you are not offering a job but instead you are looking for employment then you can post a listing/ad in the dedicated 'Work Wanted' category so that employers can find you. Please don't post in the categories meant for offering jobs, your listing/ad will be removed.

Don't:

No prohibited jobs
Listing/Ads relating to any of these types of jobs aren't allowed:

• Pyramid selling or multi-level marketing
• Commission only jobs
• Escort/ adult industry work
• Medical trials

We also at our discretion restrict certain work from home jobs for safety reasons.

No listings/ads offering services
The Jobs listings are for people looking to offer specific vacancies and not for individuals or businesses offering their services to potential customers. If you have services to offer multiple customers (anything from tuition to cleaning services to removals) then please post your listing/ad in 'Business Services'.

No SAEs or links to other job sites
Don't place listings/ads asking candidates to send money or stamped addressed envelopes to gain further details of the positions advertised. Similarly, your listing/ad shouldn't contain links to other job websites.

No generic contacts for models/actor jobs
Don't place listings/ads that advertise for models or actors (either male or female) using only mobile phone numbers and generic email accounts like Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail.Your listing/ad must include a registered agency email address and a valid landline phone number.

For Sale posting rules.

In addition to the General rules for any listing/ad on bilbods, there are a few more rules specific to posting listings/ads in the For Sale section.

For Sale is for private buyers and sellers, businesses or corporate firms selling relevant products only. We encourage local, in-person trade.

Do:

Familiarise yourself with the list of items not allowed on bilbods
Certain items like drugs, weapons and football tickets aren't allowed for sale on bilbods for legal, safety or community reasons. Have a look at the items not allowed list.

State the face value of your tickets
Whether the sporting or music event tickets you're offering are below or above face value, make sure you state their real face value. Tickets for free events should clearly state that the original price was free. We don't support ticket touts or scalpers, and will remove any listings/ads that don't contain original prices.

Post a 'Wanted' listing/ad if you are looking for something
If you're looking for something specific and can't find it on the site, the 'Wanted' section is the place for you. That way, sellers can contact you if they have what you're looking for.

Giving something away for free? Post a listing/ad in 'Free'
Only post listings/ads in the 'Free' category if you genuinely want to give your things away to others for free. This means you're not expecting something in return, monetary or otherwise.

Don't:

bilbods is not an auction site
All 'For sale' listings/ads must contain a clearly defined price for each item. That means we won't accept any listings/ads stating 'highest offer accepted' or 'make me an offer'.

No Pet listings/ads in 'For Sale'
If you are selling a much loved pet the place to post your listing/ad is in the separate 'Pets' category that you will find under 'Pets'.

Items NOT Allowed on bilbods.

The items mentioned on this page aren't allowed on bilbods for the following reasons:

• Prohibited by laws in the specific countries
• Safety reasons
• Feedback from people who use bilbods

Adult only
Let's keep it family-friendly, so that means no pornography, adult videos/DVDs or adult sex toys are allowed on bilbods. We also do not accept listings/ads offering prostitution services.

Alcohol
We don't allow any alcohol to be sold on bilbods due to age restrictions and licensing laws.

Counterfeit, replica and trademarked items
Counterfeits, unauthorised replicas (such as counterfeit watches, shoes, handbags, or other accessories) or unauthorised copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programmes, or photographs) are not permitted on bilbods. Unauthorised copies include (but are not limited to) copies that are pirated, duplicated, backed-up or bootlegged. Remember that it is illegal to sell unauthorised copies of media.

General guideline: If the product you're selling bears the name or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or endorsed by that company, don't post it on bilbods.

Drugs and drug paraphernalia
As well as drugs banned under legislation, we also don't allow items which can be used to consume drugs.

Endangered or protected animals or animal parts
The sale of animals that are protected species by the specific country's laws aren't allowed on bilbods. We also don't accept the sale of any animal parts, whether a protected species or not.

Firearms and ammunition
Safety concerns as well as national and international laws mean that no guns or ammunition can be sold on bilbods. We also don't allow airguns or replica guns, even those legally available.

Fireworks
No fireworks allowed, even those available in high street stores.

Football tickets
It is illegal to resell any tickets to professional football matches. bilbods does not allow tickets for football matches to be sold either. Contact the FA or the relevant football club directly for information on exchange options available to you.

Human parts and remains
Humans, the human body or any human body parts may not be sold on bilbods. Examples of prohibited items include, but are not limited to: organs, bone, blood, waste, sperm and eggs.

Lottery tickets
Due to laws in the specific country, lottery tickets aren't allowed to be sold on bilbods.

Multi-level marketing, pyramid, matrix and trading schemes
Many people have told us they don't find listings/ads relating to these schemes useful or relevant to them. That's why we've decided to block such listings/ads on bilbods.

Personal information or mailing lists
We do not accept the sale of bulk email, Internet Protocol (IP), Instant Messenger (IM), or mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying information. Any tools or software designed predominantly to send unsolicited commercial messages (UCE or "spam") are also not permitted.

Prescription drugs and materials
Prescription drugs aren't allowed on bilbods. This includes over the counter items.

Stolen items
The sale of stolen property on our site is strictly prohibited and we'll do everything we can to support the police in bringing about the successful conviction of any offenders.

Tobacco and tobacco products
Tobacco is controlled by law. That means the sale of cigarettes, cigars or loose tobacco is not allowed on bilbods.

Train tickets
It is illegal to resell any rail tickets, unless you're an official distributor. Contact the relevant rail carriers directly for information on exchange options available to you.

Unlocking software
Software to help "unlock" any electrical items is not allowed to be sold on bilbods.

Used underwear
The sale of used underwear (briefs, knickers, thongs, boxer shorts, nappies etc) is not permitted on bilbods.

Weapons & Knives
Safety concerns as well as national laws mean that no weapons or knives can be sold on bilbods. This includes historical ornamental items e.g. samurai swords or WW1 bayonets.

Services posting rules.

In addition to the General Rules for every listing/ad, there are a few more rules specific to posting in the Services category.

This category is for local businesses and commercial operations to advertise their services to potential customers.

Do:

Professional services - provide qualifications
If you're placing a listing/ad for Professional Services, you must include your relevant qualifications.

Massage services - provide qualifications
If you're placing a listing/ad for Massage Services, you must include your relevant qualifications and state clearly that you're not offering a sexual service. You must also offer your service to both genders.

Financial services - provide your business information
For listings/ads providing financial services, don't forget to include a valid business email address and landline number.

Don't:

No prohibited services
Listings/Ads relating to any of these types of services aren't accepted:

• Tantric massage
• Sensual massage
• Naturist massage
• Prostitution/ escort services

No recruitment listings/ads
This section is not meant for recruitment listings/ads. If you're looking for employees to hire, post in the Jobs section.

No phone numbers in the listing/ad title
Keep your title simple - placing phone numbers in the title of your listing/ad makes it difficult for people to read. The contact number can be included on the "Information" section.

Massage services - no people in pictures
You can include professional images in your Massage Services listing/ad, but it mustn't show any people.

Creating your listing / Adding pictures to your listing / Adding video to your listing / Top tips for a great listing

To create a listing on the Adult or Personals section you need to be on either the Gold or Platinum package.

Based on your package type and its features, you go to the appropriate Continent, Country and City and then will see the Category and Subcategory list as shown below.

After you have selected where to post your listing you can create your listing by completing a few brief sections.

1. Describe what's in your listing
The more details you give the better. See our top tips for creating a great listing.

As shown above, when clicking on Create Listing under the respective sub-category, the following entry is required to first add the text part of the listing/ad.

1. Title: Have a relevant title and make sure the Posting Rules are followed.
2. Information: Give the listing description and relevant contact details as required to appear on the listing. Please note that email address or a website address will not be at all linked.
3. SPAM: To be able to add the listing the SPAM Word addBil needs to be input in the provided box.
4. Add bilbod button: Click on the button to add the Text bilbod.

2. Add and Change pictures
Adding pictures of what you are offering will give you a much better response.
Once the text bilbod has been added as explained on part one above, maximum of four images/pictures can be added to the listing.
The first image will always be used as the thumbnail and displayed on the listings on the subcategory, and if no first image is uploaded then the bilbods image appears, as shown below.

Therefore to upload images to the relevant listing you:-

1. Go to My bilbods located on the top right corner near the Log Out button.
2. As per the listing where the images/photos need to be added, click on the Edit this bilbod button for that listing.
3. Thereafter you will see the text part of the bilbod as well as a section on the bottom called the Photo Upload and Management - Additional Photo's section as shown below.

On the Photo Upload and Management - Additional Photo's section, as indicated by the photo number, upload the photo one by one by:-

1. Click on the Browse button, select the image/photo from your desired location, then choose the necessary rotation options (Normal, Top-Left, Top-Right, Upsidedown) , by default it is set to Normal.
2. Then click on the button upload photo button, and the screen as shown below will appear to show that the photo is being uploaded and to please wait till it is complete.



3. Once the above process is complete the photo/image/picture appears.
   The images/photos appear in the sequence as shown below, so please upload the images/photos the way you would like them to appear on the listing.



4. Update bilbod
   After successfully having uploaded the images click on the button called "Update bilbod" as shown above, to save the listing with the text and images.

Change/Replace the Image/Photo
To change/replace the image/photo, under the Photo Upload and Management section the following steps need to be followed:-

Note:-

• Only one photo/image at a time can be changed.
• The First Image/Photo being changed will have the button called upload photo.
• The Second or Third or Fourth Image/Photo change will have the button called change photo.

1. Click on the Browse button, select the image/photo from your desired location, then choose the necessary rotation options (Normal, Top-Left, Top-Right, Upsidedown) , by default it is set to Normal.
2. Depending on the photo/image that needs to be changed, if it is the First one then click on upload photo, for the second/third/fourth photo/image change click the change photo.
3. Once the photo/image is changed as required as it appears, click on the button Update bilbod.

3. Add video
Adding a video of what you are offering will give you a much better response.

Therefore to upload images to the relevant listing you:-

1. Go to My bilbods located on the top right corner near the Log Out button.
2. As per the listing to which the video is to be added, click on the Edit this bilbod button for that listing.
3. Thereafter you will see the text part of the bilbod as well as a section on the bottom as highlighted as shown below called Upload Video where ONLY one video can be uploaded.

To Upload the Video:-
Note: Make sure you video file to be uploaded does NOT contain any spaces or ', video names can only contain dashes (-) and underscores (_)

1. Click on the Browse button, select the video from your desired location.
2. Once the Video to upload is selected, click on Update bilbod button.
3. Once the video is uploading the button Update bilbod now reads Processing Video and bilbods Posting please wait… as shown below.



4. After the video has been successfully uploaded, the My bilbods page appears with all the listings for the logged-in account.

4. Tell us about yourself
During the Signup process, you already provided the email address and general details required to be able to allow you to use the website and post listings.
Therefore on the listing you can either include your contact details or not, because each listing has a reply to post button for a user to show an interest in a listing and start communication through the mailbox.

5. Responses to your Listing
All responses to a listing are received through the click of the reply to post button. When the reply to post button is clicked by a user (apart from the user who has created the listing), an interest notification is sent to the mailbox and also an e-mail is sent to the user (as per email used on the account) who posted the listing to inform a user has shown an interest in the listing.
Further communication / correspondence then takes place using the mailbox that is to create a message and to receive a message by using the username.

Top tips for a Great Listing
By following these tips you can help make sure you get a great response to your listing.

Be descriptive:
Unlike other advertising mediums like magazines or newspapers, you can use as much text as you like in your listing - there's no limit. Think of all the typical questions someone might ask and put them in your listing.

Add images/photos/pictures:
You can include up to 4 pictures in your listing.
This makes your listing much more appealing and sets it aside from other listings.

Be friendly:
Give your listing some personality. Nobody wants to read a listing that sounds like it's been automatically generated by a robot.
Little details, like the story behind what you're selling and touches of humour, make your listing more human and catch readers' attention.

If offering a job, make any requirements clear:
To make it easier for quality applicants to apply for your role, give specific requirements such as qualifications. The following inclusions may also save you time dealing with unnecessary applications:

• Please do not apply for posts unless you fill ALL requirements advertised (state all qualifications required)
• If the role requires an applicant with specific visa requirements, such as a valid work visa, please state this.
• If certain language requirements are essential, please state this.
Also, be specific in the information you will need from the applicant, e.g. Cover Letter, CV, photo, salary expectation to be stated, references.

Help with an advert/bilbod/listing I've seen

All listings are viewed as http://www.bilbods.com/listing/<<listing number>>

Once you have seen a listing on bilbods, the following is the information you would need to be able to further communicate with the user who has posted the listing.

1. Listing Title.
2. Listing Number.
3. Username.
4. Listing Posting Date.
5. Listing Expiry Date.

As shown below the above information for a listing seen can be used.

1. Listing Title: appears as shown stating View Listing: >>
2. Listing Number: appears on the web address or also as stated on the listing as Listing Number:
3. Username: appears on the right section stated as Posted by:

What should I do after I have viewed a Listing and am Interested?

The first step is to inform the user who has posted the listing to show that you are interested and this is done by clicking on the reply to post button.
Once you click on the reply to post button, a notification message is sent to the user who posted the listing,stating that you are interested in this particular listing.
Thereafter the user shall contact you using the mailbox system and a notification email shall be sent to you too.
Alternatively if any other contact details are provided like location, telephone, fax, mobile, email address or website, the user can be contacted as per your choice/preference.

Email alerts

All communication is done through the Mailbox on bilbods.com
Email Notifications are only sent to the registered email address on bilbods.com

To access the Mailbox, on the top section, click on Mailbox(0), the number in brackets indicates the number of messages unread.

The Mailbox has the Inbox and Create sections.
Inbox is where all the messages received are displayed.
To read the message on the Mailbox - Inbox, click on the Subject Title of the message and the entire message is displayed.

Create Message

To create a message to a user, click on the Create tab as shown and then fill in the following details.

1. To username: type the username of the user whom this message is to be sent to, and can only have one username at a time.
2. Subject: The subject you want for this message.
3. Message body: Information or details of the message.
4. SPAM: For security reason the SPAM word needs to be put in the box provided.

Once the above has been done to Create a message, click on the Send Message button to send the user the message.
